Welcome to SY2 The Salon! We opened in 2007 by popular demand, three years after setting up our sister salon SY1 Hair in Dogpole, Shrewsbury. We offer all aspects of hairdressing including cutting, colouring, styling, perming, hair extensions, weddings... You name it we do it!

We have chosen to partner with Schwarkoph Professional as they offer up to date training  which keeps our stylists in the know with all the latest colouring trends.

We are also approved stockists of GHD, Cloudnine, and specialise In Beauty Work and Balmain Hair Extensions.

Our Staff have recently Trained in Fabriq Hair smoothing System (formerly Kerastraight)

The team is lead by our fabulous Manager Hayley, who has over

15 years experience in all things hair. She guides an amazing team of hairdressers who have their own specialities... Julia - The queen of perms with 38 Years experience; Alison - our balayage and tape extension expert; Sam - who loves all things wedding and hair up's she also loves doing micro bead extensions.

Lauren and Deb our stylists from our sister Salon SY1 in Dogpole have recently also joined the team. Deb is still working at SY1 on Thursdays.

The Team are really passionate about their work and are always researching latest trends to keep our clients in the loop with latest colour and hair trends.
